Refund policy

If you qualify as a consumer according to the applicable laws, you have the statutory right of refusal (or withdrawal) in relation to goods that you purchase from us. You may exercise them as provided in laws of the United Kingdom (i.e. within 30 days of delivery).
Prior to shipping you can cancel your order using the button available on the Orders page in your Customer Account and your money will be refunded in full.
Once the goods are shipped, you can notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract using the Return items button available on the Orders page in your Customer Account. Once you receive the goods you will have to arrange and pay for delivery of the returned goods to us. Please note that we take no responsibility over units lost during transit so we recommend sending it via a courier service that offers shipment tracking.
Within scope of your exercising your rights of refusal/withdrawal, we shall accept from you the goods that are in good condition, without any external damage or modification and with full set of accessories and documentation. In this case, we shall refund to you the purchase price and respective part of the delivery costs you paid before the purchase.
Once we have received and inspected your goods, we will contact you.
The money will be returned in the same way you have paid it (e.g., to your PayPal account or to your bank account). You may be required to provide additional information to process the payment.
